Who we are
AngelForce OÜ (registry code 16520440, Valge tn 13, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia) is responsible for the personal data processed on this website. You can reach us at info@angelforce.eu.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company name if you give it, and your message.
Our web server records technical data for every request, such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted after 14 days.
Most of our free tools run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere. The email security check and the SecAudit seal verifier send the domain you enter to Cloudflare’s public DNS resolver; the seal verifier also asks secaudit.eu for the seal record. The password breach check sends only the first five characters of a hash of your password to Have I Been Pwned, never the password itself.
The security headers scanner sends the web address you enter to our server, which requests that page once and returns its headers to you. We do not store the address or the result.
Why we use it
We use contact data to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare and perform our contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We use server logs for our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract requires us to keep them longer.
Who receives it
Our email is provided by Google Workspace and our website by our hosting provider. They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. Your language choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. Write to info@angelforce.eu.
You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
