Terms of service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
About these terms
These terms govern your use of angelforce.eu and your purchase of products and services from AngelForce OÜ. By using the website or ordering from us, you agree to them. For a specific project we may also sign a separate written agreement; where it differs from these terms, that agreement prevails.
Who we are
AngelForce OÜ, Estonian business register code 16520440, registered in Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at info@angelforce.eu.
Our products and services
We provide cybersecurity services and the products SecAudit, Cortex, AngelForce Cache and AngelForce Autopilot. Autopilot and custom engagements are delivered under a scope agreed in writing after a discovery call. Free tools and downloads on this site are provided as described on their pages.
Quotes, orders and engagements
A quote describes the agreed scope, fees and timeline and is valid for the period stated in it. An order or signed proposal forms a contract between us. We may decline or discontinue an engagement where it is unlawful, unfeasible or outside our remit.
Fees, payment and tax
Fees are stated in euros (EUR) and are due as set out in the quote or invoice — typically a one-time build fee plus an ongoing subscription for operations and support. AngelForce OÜ is not currently registered for VAT, so invoices are issued without VAT. Late payment may lead to suspension of the service after notice.
Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions run for the term shown at purchase and renew for equal periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where they apply, are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use our products and services lawfully, to give us the access and accurate information we need to deliver them, and not to misuse, probe or disrupt the platform except as expressly authorised in a security engagement. You are responsible for the content and data you ask us to process on your behalf.
Intellectual property
The website, our brand and our pre-existing software and methods remain our property. Where a project agreement says so, you own the custom software we build for you and your data; until then, ownership and licence are as set out in that agreement. You may not copy or resell our products except as permitted by their licence or by law.
Confidentiality and data protection
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information in confidence. We process personal data as described in our Privacyverklaring and, for client engagements, under a data-processing agreement where required by the GDPR.
Warranties and disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website, free tools and products are provided “as is”. Security testing and monitoring reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a system is free of all vulnerabilities or that an incident will never occur.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Term and termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement, or where the other is in material breach and does not remedy it after notice. On termination we stop the service, settle outstanding fees and, on request, help with a reasonable handover.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. Material changes to an ongoing service will be notified to you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law, and disputes fall to the courts of Estonia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence in the EU. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are happy to resolve most issues directly first: info@angelforce.eu.
